 Antistatic Cushion Bags also known as ESD bubble bags offer three layers with Faraday cage construction featuring an inner layer of static dissipative 4 Mil poly material. They meet electrical and physical properties of MIL-PRF-81705, Type II. A mid layer of bubble cushion meets PPP-C-1842 Type I and a static shielding outer layer meets electrical and physical properties of MIL-PRF-81705 Type III. These Cushion bags have ESD warning label on the front. This multi-layer construction offers static shielding, dampens vibration and absorb shocks for sensitive electronic components.
The Antistatic Cushion Bags contain an internal anti-static amine free polymer which is impregnated and helps to eliminate the hazard of electro-static build up. All bags meet or exceed the electrical and physical requirements of Mil-B-81705 TYPE II, and EOS/ESD Standards. |
Antistatic Sheet Protectors also known as ESD Safe Document holders are designed for use in ESD controlled areas where Electronic sensitive material is produced. These sheet protectors are primarily used to hold 8.5" x 11" sheets. Made of a 2 mil or 4 mil, amine free, static protective clear film. Meets MIL B81705B, ASTM D-257 at 15%RH and ASTM D-882. Tensile strength is 2400 psi. Resistant to humidity and is N-Octonoic Acid Free. It does not cause corrosion and has no measurable outgassing. Packaged as 100 sheets/case.
